Calendar AI Agent is a private Telegram assistant run by the operator of this instance for a small, invite-only group of users. It is not offered to the public.
Data accessed. With your permission, the app reads and changes events in your Google Calendar, only to carry out requests you send it in Telegram and to send you reminders and summaries.
Data stored. Your Telegram user ID, name, settings, notes, preferences, recent
conversation history, and an encrypted Google refresh token are stored on a private
server controlled by the operator. Conversation history is kept only for a limited
number of days, and you can clear it at any time with /clear.
Processing. To understand your messages, their content and relevant calendar details are sent to the configured AI provider (Anthropic or OpenAI). Messages pass through Telegram, subject to Telegram's own privacy policy. Data is not sold, shared for advertising, or used for any other purpose.
Google user data. The app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Removal. You can revoke access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, or ask the operator to delete your data.
